semiconductor BT151X-800R is a series of Thyristor SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) from NXP Semiconductor. They are an ideal choice for medium to higher power applications such as motor controls, heating control, UPS and more. They are available with 800Volt of blocking voltage. With the higher voltage, the SCRs feature higher energy capabilities and a wide operating range. The SCRs also feature a high junction temperature rating and excellent electrical insulation to meet the needs of industrial applications.
