Additional Infomation About Product

The BT152-400R127 is a high voltage fast-recovery bidirectional thyristor component manufactured by NXP Semiconductors. It is rated for a forward current of 400 A and a blocking voltage of 1500 V. The component features a repetitive peak forward current of 400A, a maximum on-state voltage drop of 1.35V, and a maximum recovery time of 30µs at I F =40A. It also features electrolytic capacitor snubber networks which help to protect the component from high dv/dt stress. The BT152-400R127 has an environmental rating of -40 to 100 °C and is RoHS-compliant.
