The LD6806TD/36P,125 is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator designed by NXP Semiconductors for industrial and automotive applications. This 3.3V fixed-output regulator offers especially low dropout voltage (down to 0.3V @ 2A load current) and high output current, up to 2 A. It has a fast transient response, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including DC-DC converters, microcontrollers, low-voltage LED lighting and RF power management systems. In addition, this device offers built-in protection features such as thermal protection, over-current protection and overload protection.
