The FAN73711MX with Gate Drivers Hi-Curr Hi-Side Only Halfbridge Gate Drvr is a high-side power MOSFET gate driver manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It features a peak source current of up to 6.3 amps and peak sink current of up to 7.2 amps. It is designed to drive N- and P-channel MOSFETs for motor control and power conversion applications. It has an operating voltage range of 4 V to 35 V and a typical propagation delay of 2 ns for rising edges and 3 ns for falling edges. It also features an under-voltage lockout protection for the low-side MOSFET, enabling reliable operation of the circuit.
