Driving Capability for Both Channels Extended Allowable Negative V Swing to -9.8V for Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode S Signal Propagation at V =V =15V noise canceling technique provide stable operation of DD BS high-side driver under high dv/dt noise circumstances.
