Driving Capability for Both Channels Extended Allowable Negative V Swing to -9.8V for Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode S Signal Propagation at V =V =15V noise canceling technique provide stable operation of DD BS high-side drivers under high-dv/dt noise circumstances. Matched Propagation Delay Below 50ns Output In-Phase with Input Signal An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate 3.3V and 5V Input Logic Compatible driver operation up to V = -9.8V (typical) for V =15V. S BS Built-in Shoot-Through Prevention Logic The UVLO circuits prevent malfunction when V and DD Built-in Common Mode dv/dt Noise Canceling Circuit V are lower than the specified threshold voltage.
