It has a buffered output Driving Capability stage with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse Common-Mode dv/dt Noise Canceling Circuit current driving capability and minimum cross-conduction. Built-in Under-Voltage Lockout for Both Channels Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode Matched Propagation Delay for Both Channels noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of 3.3 V and 5 V Input Logic Compatible the high-side driver under high dv/dt noise circum- Output In-Phase with Input stances. An advanced level-shift circuit offers high-side gate driver operation up to V =-9.8 V (typical) for S V =15 V.
