Additional Infomation About Product

The FDC6312P with MOSFET SSOT-6 P-CH DUAL manufactured by ON Semiconductor is a dual P-channel MOSFET in a small 6-pin SSOT (Shrink Small Outline Transistor) package suitable for low side switch applications. It is a low cost solution that combines good conduction characteristics with a low on-resistance, and can handle up to -6A and -20V. The device has an operating temperature range of -55 to +150°C and a fast switching speed of <50ns. It can be used in applications such as DC/DC converters, PC motherboard and notebook power supplies, power management ICs, motor controls, and consumer electronics.
