FDG327N is a voltage regulator from ON Semiconductor. It is a high-efficiency, low-dropout linear regulator that operates from an input voltage of 2.7 V to 6 V and provides an output voltage of 1.250 V to 5.5 V. It is an integrated circuit that is designed for applications such as mobile phones, PDAs, digital cameras, and other portable and battery-powered equipment. The FDG327N offers low, 0.1 µA, quiescent current and high, 93 %, efficiency. The device is available in the 5-lead TSOT-23 package.
