The FDN358P is a P-MOSFET unipolar Transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This device has a -30V Drain to Source Voltage (Vds) and a -1.5A Drain Current (Id) rating. It also has a 0.5W Power Dissipation (Pd) rating and is housed in the SuperSOT-3 package. The FDN358P is designed to provide switch and logic level in applications ranging from motor control circuits to application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs). It is especially suitable for switching applications with high noise immunity.
