MCH6602-TL-E ON Semiconductor

The MCH6602-TL-E is an Enhanced Output Digital Frequency Synthesizer from ON Semiconductor. It is a monolithic system-on-chip, integrated frequency synthesizer for applications such as local oscillator and clock generation in digital mobile communication systems. It features a complete VCO-based frequency synthesizer subsystem with an integrated VCO and PLL typically used in applications from 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz. The MCH6602-TL-E offers extremely low power consumption and fast settling time, with an instantaneous settling time of 0.7 µs. The device also provides an on-chip register-controlled oscillator (RCO) with an alignment range of ± 2.6 ppm, allowing frequency selection with low crystal load. Other features include SPI programming for the preset frequencies and preconfigured internal dividers.
