Additional Infomation About Product

MCR718T4G is a silicon carbide power metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) Schottky rectifier from ON Semiconductor. It has a maximum reverse blocking voltage of 700V and a maximum forward current rating of 7A. The MCR718T4G is designed for use in high voltage, high temperature switching power supplies and other power applications in harsh environments. It is rated for operation at temperatures up to +175°C, making it suitable for use in automotive and other demanding applications.
