DATA SHEET www.onsemi.com Isolated High Current IGBT Gate Driver 1 SOIC16 WB NCD57000 CASE 751G03 NCD57000 is a highcurrent single channel IGBT driver with internal galvanic isolation, designed for high system efficiency and MARKING DIAGRAM reliability in high power applications. Its features include complementary inputs, open drain FAULT and Ready outputs, active 16 Miller clamp, accurate UVLOs, DESAT protection, soft turnoff at DESAT, and separate high and low (OUTH and OUTL) driver outputs XXXXXXXXXXX for system design convenience. NCD57000 accommodates both 5 V XXXXXXXXXXX AWLYYWWG and 3.3 V signals on the input side and wide bias voltage range on the driver side including negative voltage capability. NCD57000 provides 1 > 5 kVrms (UL1577 rating) galvanic isolation and > 1200 V IORM (working voltage) capabilities. NCD57000 is available in the XXXXX = Specific Device Code widebody SOIC16 package with guaranteed 8 mm creepage A = Assembly Location distance between input and output to fulfill reinforced safety WL = Wafer Lot insulation requirements.
