.The NTJS3157NT1G is a 20V N-Channel MOSFET manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has a 4A rated drain current and an on resistance of 1.4O. This MOSFET is ideal for use in switched mode power supplies, motor driver circuits, hot swap circuits and other applications where high power switching is required. It has low gate drive requirements, low input capacitance and fast switching times. This MOSFET is also AEC-Q101 qualified and is suitable for automotive and other commercial applications.
