The ML100-55/98/103 is part of the ML100 series of safety sensors from Pepperl & Fuchs. The sensor is a single-channel presence detector that can be used to monitor the presence or absence of objects on a conveyor belt, a machine or a portal. It has an IP65 rating and is designed to be used in a wide range of industrial applications, including in production lines and industrial robot systems. It features an adjustable sensing range of 0.5 to 20m, and can detect objects from 1mm to 400mm in size. The ML100-55/98/103 also has a long 200 ms reaction time, allowing for quick and accurate responses in a production environment.
