The PST61C24-SOT233 with PMIC-Supervisors SOT-23-3 RoHS offered by Phaetonsemi is a CMOS reset circuit designed for use in power-on reset applications where an accurate reset threshold, low power consumption, and/or a disconnected reset pin are essential. This device features user-adjustable reset threshold and manual reset for system supervision. The device is RoHS compliant and is designed to provide good accuracy (typically ±2.2%), wide temperature range (-25°C to +85°C) operation, and low static power. The PST61C24-SOT233 operates at a nominal supply voltage of 4.5V to 36V and can be used in both 3-terminal and 3-pin configurations.
