The MBR2045BCT (also known RoHS/Lead-Free) with Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) is a TO-263 packaged device manufactured by Pingwei Electronics. The device has rectangular-shaped outline designed for use in high-current voltage-clamping applications. It features a conduction loss current capability of 45A (non-blast) and a reverse breakdown voltage of 45V. The SBDs have a fast response to transient currents, have low power dissipation and a low forward voltage drop. This device is RoHS compliant and is designed for easy surface mount assembly. The device is ideal for use in automotive, telecommunications, and industrial applications requiring fast and reliable voltage protection.
