The SL1523C/CM-1 is a multi-chip module (MCM) produced by Plessey. It is a small form factor, low-power, highly integrated system-on-module (SoM). It features an ARM Cortex-M1 processor, 4MB of integrated flash, 256kB of onboard SRAM, 2 I2C and 2 UART interfaces, and USB 2.0 Full Speed support. Additionally, the device includes an integrated transceiver, which enables short-range wireless communications. The SL1523C/CM-1 can also be used for industrial applications such as factory and building automation, as well as embedded systems and applications.
