It is housed in a 2-terminal DFN1610-2, lead-free, RoHS compliant package, allowing for a compact solution for ESD protection. The PESDU0571P6 offers excellent ESD protection from 4kV for each line, coupled with low capacitance of 0.15pF and low clamping voltage of 5.9V.
