IXThe PESDU2881D3 is an ESD protection device manufactured by PN Siliconix and is ROHS-compliant. It is a single-line, unidirectional low capacitance ESD protection diode designed to dissipate electrostatic discharge (ESD). It is packaged in a SOD-323 package and has a stand-off voltage of 28V and a peak pulse current of 8A. It is optimized to provide greater ESD immunity and robustness during handling in harsh conditions, and high-voltage transient suppression. It is also designed to protect a variety of single-line circuits, including USB, HID, HDMI, LVDS, SERDES, etc.
