The PE42542B is a SP4T, 18 GHz Absorptive, 50 Ohm Instrumentation Switch manufactured by pSemi. It is ideal for use in a variety of automated test systems and is an excellent choice for RF switch applications. It features a low insertion loss of < 1.5 dB and low isolation of > 25 dB. It is built on a low cost, 4mm package that makes it suitable for space-constrained applications. With its wide-band performance and optimized design, it is also suitable for switching signals up to 10GHz. The switch has comprehensive switching logic control to enable fast switching performance and features an integrated voltage regulator for powering the switch and logic circuitry. Furthermore, it has ESD protection diodes across all switch ports to handle any electrostatic discharge events.
