PE42823A is a high power, reflective, 50O RF switch IC manufactured by pSemi. It is a single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch that operates across frequencies up to 3 GHz. It has an Insertion Loss of < 0.4 dB, Return Loss of > 25 dB and an Isolation of > 22 dB at 2.4 GHz. The PE42823A offers fast switching of up to 25 ns and requires a single positive control voltage. It is optimized for high power applications and can handle up to +20 dBm input power. The PE42823A is designed for use in Wi-Fi receivers, Bluetooth receivers, and LTE/UMTS receivers.
