The P25Q21H-TSH-IT is a NOR Flash RoHS compliant 8-pin TSSOP (Thin Shrink Small Outline Package) memory component manufactured by PUYA. It is a 25Q21H series Serial Flash memory device with 1.8V operation and advanced configuration options. It provides storage capacities up to 16Mbits and features a dual SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface). The device also features a wide temperature range, accessing memories up to –40 to 85°C, as well as a guaranteed endurance and data retention. In addition, it features a fast read performance of up to 33MHz and an electrical life of up to 100K cycles. The device meets RoHS requirements and it is suitable for industrial applications such as automation, automotive, consumer electronics, medical, and IoT.
