The P25Q80H-TSH-IT is a Flash memory device manufactured by PUYA, with an 8-pin TSSOP package and RoHS compliance. It is a NOR Flash Memory, which offers a capacity of 8 Mbit (1Mx8, 128K x 64). This device has a commercial grade temperature range from 0 to 70°C, and operates at 3V to 3.6V.
