74CBTLV3861 LOW-VOLTAGE 10-BIT BUS SWITCH INDUSTRIAL TEMPERATURE RANGE LOW-VOLTAGE 10-BIT 74CBTLV3861 BUS SWITCH FEATURES: DESCRIPTION: 5 A/B bi-directional switch The CBTLV3861 provides ten bits of high-speed bus switching with low Isolation under power-off conditions on-state resistance of the switch allowing connections to be made with Over-voltage tolerant minimal propagation delay. Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA The device is organized as one 10-bit bus switch. When output enable VCC = 2.3V - 3.6V, Normal Range (OE) is low, the 10-bit bus switch is on and port A is connected to port B.
