The ISL95837HRZ-T with Switching Controllers QFN-40 RoHS is a 40-pin, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant switching controllers designed and manufactured by Renesas. It is a single-stage, step-down switching regulator controller with Four Switch Drive topology and four power switches (2 low-side, 2 high-side). It features an integrated high-side gate driver and low-side gate driver with full 3-level dead time control. It also features lossless current sense for load current monitoring and precise output voltage control with ±1.0% accuracy. The ISL95837HRZ-T supports a wide operating input voltage range from 4.5V to 42V and an output voltage range from 0.6V to 2.4V configuration. The operating frequency range is from 100kHz to 1MHz.
