The Richtek RT8207MZQW is a single channel synchronous buck switching controller with integrated power switch. It has a 20-pin WQFN-20L package and is RoHS compliant. The controller features current mode control, adaptive on-time control, and programmable soft-start and reset delay, as well as frequency dithering for improved EMI reduction. The RT8207MZQW provides an extremely fast transient response, making it ideal for when designed for high-performance DC/DC power supplies.
