The MS8838 is a Motor Driver IC manufactured by Ruimeng with a TDFN-8L-EP(2x2) package. It has a current rating of 1.4A at a voltage range of 1.8V-12V. It has a RoHS compliant lead-free assembly that is designed to be used for driving load motors. The package size is 8 pins and it is lead-free compliant. It contains a power stage, a logic stage, and a PWM speed control circuit. It also contains a thermal shutdown protection circuit. The IC is designed for use in brushless DC motor drives, DC motor drives, as well as stepper motor drives.
