The SEMIX303GB12VS with Module IGBT is a transistor/transistor IGBT half-bridge manufactured by Semikron. It has an Ic rating of 300A and provides discrete dual-channel control while requiring up to less than half the board-space of traditional MOSFET-based modules. This product has a low conduction loss of typically less than 0.07ohms and offers high blocking voltage of 12V. Its simple pin layout with minimal cross-conduction eliminates the risk of driving failures and provides superior thermal conductivity due to an optimal clip-on pressure connection system. It also has an ultra-fast inverse avalanche performance. This product is suitable for motor control and power supply applications.
