It is designed for low-loss and high speed applications, such as TVS, ESD protection, and clamping circuits. It has a thermal rating of 43.4V/W steady state power dissipation and 1.7V forward voltage drop, and a max operating temperature of 175°C. It is a RoHS compliant component, for no use of hazardous materials in production. It has a lead-free solder, with a peak reflow temperature of 235°C and no cleaning required.
