The SD20A60FA is a full-bridge or half-bridge driver DIP-27H RoHS manufactured by Silan. It is a fixed-off-time-stepping motor driver. It offers two input signals, a PWM input signal (F/H) and a full/half bridge select input signal (FF/HH). It also features an over-current protection and short-circuit protection for motor current up to 20A and input voltage up to 60V. It is RoHS compliant, and is capable of producing high accuracy positioning and speed control for two-phase stepping motors. It is also suitable for driving brushless DC motors, position control and other such applications.
