The SDH8634 is a switching controller DIP-8 RoHS manufactured by Silan. It is designed to provide flexible power management in applications such as computer power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor control and home appliances. It features an adjustable on-time, adjustable off-time function and a fault protection circuit. It also has an over current, over voltage, over temperature protection circuit and an adjustable soft start. The SDH Series can be applied in a variety of switching power applications and has an operating temperature range from -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. It is RoHS compliant and comes in a standard 8L DIP package.
