Additional Infomation About Product

The SI8402AB-B-IS is a 2.5 kV uni- and bi-directional isolator manufactured by Silicon Labs. It is a digital isolator designed to provide electrical isolation between two circuits. It has an isolation voltage of 2.5 kV and provides channel-to-channel and system-to-system isolation. The device is capable of providing up to 1 kV of reinforced isolation, protecting circuits from transient voltage levels up to 2.5 kV. The isolator operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and has a 200 mA peak current carrying capacity. It also features a transient resistant construction and low power consumption. The SI8402AB-B-IS is available in a standard 8-pin TSOP package, making it ideal for high density printed circuit board assemblies.
