TS1001 THE ONLY 0.8V/0.6A RAIL-TO-RAIL OP AMP DESCRIPTION FEATURES The TS1001 is the industrys first sub-1A supply Single 0.65V to 2.5V Operation Supply current: 0.6A (typ) current, precision CMOS operational amplifier rated to operate at a nominal supply voltage of 0.8V. Optimized Offset voltage: 0.5mV (typ) Low TCV : 20V/C (typ) for ultra-long-life battery-powered applications, the OS TS1001 is an operational amplifier in the NanoWatt AVOL Driving 100k Load: 90dB (min) Unity Gain Stable Analog high-performance analog integrated circuits portfolio. The TS1001 exhibits a typical input offset Rail-to-rail Input and Output No Output Phase Reversal voltage of 0.5mV, a typical input bias current o f25pA, and rail-to-rail input and output stages. The TS1001 5-pin SC70 Package can operate from single-supply voltages from 0.65V to 2.5V. APPLICATIONS The TS1001s combined features make it an excellent Battery/Solar-Powered Instrumentation choice in applications where very low supply current Portable Gas Monitors and low operating supply voltage translate into very Low-voltage Signal Processing long equipment operating time.A pplications include: Nanopower Active Filters nanopower active filters, wireless remote sensors, Wireless Remote Sensors battery and powerline current sensor, sportable gas Battery-powered Industrial Sensors monitors, and handheld/portable POS terminals. Active RFID Readers Powerline or Battery Current Sensing The TS1001 is fully specified at V = 0.8V and over DD Handheld/Portable POS Terminals the industrial temperature range (40C to +85C) and is available in a P-CBspace saving 5lead - SC70 surface-mount package.
