The SPF65R90G MOSFET with a TO-263 package manufactured by Sinai Power is a surface mount, low-pollution, fast switching, and high-density MOSFET. It is RoHS compliant and is designed to handle voltage and current levels of 65 volts and 90 amps, respectively. It has a high frequency performance and low dynamic losses, thanks to its high rate of internal losses. The gate-to-source voltage range can be anywhere from -5V to 20V.
