The SINO-IC SEB40200 is a Schottky Barrier Diode (SBD) that is a TO-247S-style, RoHS-compliant component. It features a very low forward voltage drop of approximately 0.4V, enabling a higher power efficiency. It is also optimized for high speed switching with a very fast switching time of between 250ps and 350ps. It is applicable to various industrial, automotive, and consumer applications, operating over a wide temperature range of -65oC to 175oC and a peak pulse current of up to 25A. Additionally, it offers excellent reverse leakage characteristics, making it ideal for applications that require low power consumption. Additionally, it features a high surge current capability and has an avalanche voltage rating of 60V.
