It is compliant to RoHS standards and comes in an 8-pin SOP package. The chip offers a variety of features such as up to 12Mbps data rate, 256 byte transmit & receive FIFO, fail-safe receiver, adjustable slew rate control, handshaking & interrupt, selectable address-filter etc. With its wide range of capabilities and cost-effectiveness, the SIT3490EESA is an ideal choice for a variety of industrial & automotive applications.
