This device is designed to provide superior protection to sensitive components against electrical surges and other forms of electrical transients. Its reverse standoff voltage is 36V. Its clamping voltage is 53.4V for a 10A pulse current. Its maximum clamping current is 11A. Its peak pulse power dissipation is 900W based on a 10/1000µS pulse. It has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +175°C.
