With an IFSM of 50A, it is suitable for both ac and dc power applications, including high power batteries, telecom power supplies and lighting. The 1N5818 is housed in a DO-201AE package, enabling it to dissipate up to 1.2W of heat. This package is RoHS compliant and UL certified for added safety.
