The STMicroelectronics ISO8200B is an automotive-grade, low-voltage, low-power, high-speed CMOS device. It is a dual pre-driver IC designed for driving high-brightness LEDs with buck, boost, and constant current LED drivers. It features two high-speed independent pre-drivers, each with a 38mA internal switching current limit and adjustable dead time to reduce electrical noise. It has integrated logic to detect over-temperature faults and use external OTP memory to define compensation parameters. The device also has a wide input voltage operation range from 4.5V up to 25V.
