Additional Infomation About Product

The L297D is a motor controller/driver IC manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The L297D is used to control up to two DC motors and can provide pulsed output control. It includes two separate bridge drivers for each motor, current- limiting protection and thermal protection against overloading of the motors. The L297D can be used in several applications such as DC motor speed and position control, robot control and stepping motor control.
