Additional Infomation About Product

The L5970AD is an integrated voltage regulator switching regulator manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed to provide a regulated output of 4.4V to 36V from an input voltage up to 36V with a maximum current of 1A. The L5970AD is suitable for use in a wide range of high efficiency DC-DC applications. It features a low quiescent current and an integrated low on/off switch, which allows it to be enabled and disabled without external control, saving power and improving system reliability. The L5970AD also features thermal and short-circuit protection to help ensure the system's safety. Additionally, it includes programmable under-voltage lockout and soft start, adjustable totem pole output, and programmable frequency up to 2.2MHz.
