Additional Infomation About Product

The L6498D is a bipolar stepper motor driver IC from STMicroelectronics. It features two integrated H-Bridge power stages that can be used to independently drive two stepper motors. It offers a high level of performance, with a maximum starting output current of 1.5A and a maximum output frequency of up to 1MHz. It has a PWM/dir control scheme, which allows for absolute position control of the motor and provides a wide range of speed and torque controls. It also includes thermal and current protection, which prevents the driver from being damaged in the event of overload. The L6498D is a versatile and cost effective choice for applications such as robots, 3D printing, and other applications requiring precise motor control.
