Additional Infomation About Product

The LD1117STR Linear Voltage Regulator IC from STMicroelectronics is a positive adjustable 1 output 800mA SOT-223 device. It features an input voltage range from 4.5V to 25V and an adjustable output voltage from 1.2V to 25V. The integrated thermal overload protection prevents the device from malfunctioning due to excessive power dissipation. This device has a minimum output current of 800mA and a maximum output current of 2A. It also has an ultra-low dropout voltage of 1.3V. Other features include current limiting, reverse polarity protection, and thermal shutdown. This IC is available in an SOT-223 package and is RoHS compliant.
