The LM239DT is a quad operational amplifier from STMicroelectronics. It is a low-power device containing four independent, high-gain, internally frequency-compensated operational amplifiers. These amplifiers are designed to allow the user to independently set the gain bandwidth product to any value between 1 and 10,000 while still maintaining the unity-gain bandwidth value. The device offers user adjustable offset voltage and common mode rejection ratio of 80 dB, allowing for tight stability and higher accuracy. Other features of the LM239DT include: high input impedance, low-noise capability, open-loop gain of 100 dB, and output current capability of up to 100mA. It comes in 7-pin dual in line SMD and 8-pin SOIC packages.
