Additional Infomation About Product

The STEF12SGR is an electronic fuse manufactured by STMicroelectronics to provide overcurrent, overvoltage, and short circuit protection to the 12 V line. It features current and power monitors and regulators to monitor a load connected to the 12 V line, while the circuit breaker triggers an alarm when an overcurrent, overvoltage, or short occurs. The device also has a built-in temperature monitor to maximize the operational safety of the circuit, and provides an open-drain signal to indicate the status of the circuit. The device is specified to work for currents of up to 14 amperes, and is designed for easy integration into a system.
