The STM1001RWX6F Supervisory Circuit with RESET CIRCUIT of STMicroelectronics is a low-power CMOS-based voltage monitor. It offers a reset system that monitors the input voltage and triggers an active-high reset signal if the input voltage falls below a preset threshold. It also features a power-on reset function to properly initialize microcontrollers. This supervisory circuit is compatible with a wide range of voltages, and has a digital out silo that prevents the reset signal from being activated during small voltage dips.
