It has a drain-source breakdown voltage of 130 V, a maximum drain current of 8 A and a drain source on-resistance of 3.7 mO. The device comes in an Alternate ITO-220 package, which is thermally and mechanically enhanced with fast switching speed, low gate charge and low on-state resistance. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including industrial, consumer and automotive.
