The STPS2150A is a power switching device manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is a dual-channel, 100V, 2A, N-channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) used to control large currents in electronic circuits. It is designed for a wide range of applications that require control of high power supply including DC-DC converters, motor control, line lighting and general-purpose switching.
