This device was designed as the improvement of the TS393: it shows a lower current consumption, a better input offset voltage, and an enhanced ESD DFN8 2x2 mm tolerance. The TSX393 is fully specified over a wide temperature range and is proposed in (plastic micropackage) automotive grade for the SO8 package. It is fully compatible with the TS393 CMOS comparator and is available with similar packages.
